Returns Policy

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied or change your mind with any of our products, you may return your items in the original resellable condition within 30 days of purchase.  A receipt of purchase must be shown and all items will be inspected before approval of returns. If ordered online, a sales order number must be provided. If no receipt or order number is available, returns will not be accepted. 

If you are unable to physically return any items to our showroom, we can offer a collection service which will occur a minimum fee of £10* (Subject to location).

DAMAGED/FAULTY PRODUCTS

If your product(s) have arrived damaged, we are sorry to hear this, please email any photographic evidence to info@claddplus.co.uk or call your nearest showroom to report this. Any damaged/faulty products will be replaced or a full refund will be issued on return of the damaged/faulty product.

Any damages/faults must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, therefore we recommend inspection of products upon arrival. Any reports after 24 hours may be declined.
